Your monthly membership fee pays for all the tools necessary to move you from your
starting point through the Lifecycle of your Business to your Endgame.
KANKETA IS A JOURNEY THROUGH YOUR BUSINESS LIFECYCLE.
From the moment you have a suspicion about a marketable product or service, to the
moment you decide to Sell, Lease, Gift, or Close your business, in the Kanketa system
there is a place that will move you to whatever Endgame you define.
We call this movement a Business Plan because a Business Plan is the first thing you
will give to an IRS agent for in an in-person audit. Beyond audits, a Business Plan follows
a schedule of proven processes activities that ensures that your Endgame happens
in the way you have planned.
This is the business we are in.
 FOUR COMPONENTS make this work:
Purpose, Target, Budget, Timeframe
PURPOSE
for your business:
1. What Industry are you in today?
It doesn't matter to us, but each Industry has its own idiocsycrases
2. What are your plans?
(Guesswork is acceptable for now):
Do you plan to
Sell your company at some point?
Gift it to a family member or friend?
Close it and walk away (for your reasons, not ours)
Keep working with no specific Endgame time frame
Build it for lease out
(Lease your business for long-term income)
3. Will you do this alone, or include outside partners?
If so... aproximately how many?

4. Money Target What specific Targeted personal after-tax income amount will you need every month
when you leave your business for an extended period of time (in your Endgame?)
Your monthly budget may (any will probably) be adjusted several times along the way.
Your membership provides all off the budgeting and management tools and guidance for this.
5. Time Target Approximately how do you plan to spend your time when you leave?
Will you generally stay in one place? Have another residence? Will you be traveling a lot?
What are your general interests? Hobbys? Sports? Golf? Membership clubs? Circle of friends?
Will you continue to work? Aprroximately how much time during an average week?
Consider your Lifewheel:

6. What is the first month of what year that you would like to collect your first
independent payment? This will determine our rate of speed for the program.

7. What is your current Debt?
Your membership provides a list of the 12 specific debt items to make up this number.
8. How many Managers besides you are working in your business
today? (At least one. No more than four)
 Who manages your suppliers?
Who manages the production process internally?

9. Are you able to invest $750 a month for the months between
your starting time and your leave time to achieve this
plus small incidentals (State fees, outside miscellaneous items?

If you aren't ready, stay in the membership and get acclimated to this process
through a variety of no-cost education programs until you are.
You may exit a membership any time without financial consequence, but
when you exit, the system elimiates all information and records. You must restart.
10. If you are ready,
in what month do you want to start this process?
You will be assigned to a Relationship Manager
