BUSINESS OWNER ACADEMY ORIENTATION
One Time Set-Up Initiation Fee: $350
1. Interview
We are passionate about helping those owners who are serious about their business development. They have both the desire to grow and are willing to make the necessary changes to do so. We will contact you for an initial 30-minute interview by phone or zoom to understand your personal and career goals and direction.
2. Business Assessment and Financials
We conduct an assessment of your business. Your financials (P&L and Balance Sheet) will tell us the condition of your business, what money management systems are currently in place and what more you might need to ensure that you are a structurally viable company.
3. Baseline DTI Score
Uncovering your “DTI” (Debt-to-Income) is a critical step for establishing a starting point. This score gives us a true and accurate financial picture of the health of your business, its current value, and what specific steps are needed to improve its health and performance. The DTI Score establishes the best course of action and the level of tools and resources you will need.
4. Monthly Kanketa Membership
Your monthly membership level will be determined based on your DTI Score: $40 Bronze, $60 Silver, $80 Gold, $100 Platinum. This is a non-refundable investment that is not part of the setup, that will give you access to all the fundamental tools at each level that you will need for the rest of your professional career. These tools keep your business safe and moving forward. You will have your own worksite, learning lab, and customer management system for this. 5. Gallup – (Self-Directed. Cost Not included in the Initiation Fee)
A Gallup assessment tells us how fast your business can move forward. (Self-Directed)
6. Team Specialist Assignment
Again, based on your DTI results, you are assigned to a “Business Lifecycle” Specialist This is your personal Guide and “Go To” along your journey. This could be a Professional Coach or a Business Advisor.
7. Kanketa Worksite Orientation
A Support Team Manager will walk you through all the features of your Kanketa worksite. Your coach will set up your budget, sales, expense, and your profit targets for the year. We have many ways to help clients achieve their goals.
8. Conjugation and Scorecard
Your Guide will complete a “Budget Conjugation” of your business. A Conjugation corrects all of the errors in your Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.
9. Your Owner Net Profit Distribution
You are in business to make a profit. The NBEC uses the Heartland payment system, to manage your profit and ensure that the proper amount of taxes are filed accurately and in a timely manner.
